Responsibilities Process loans within designated builder communities and manage a pipeline of loans. Collect, follow up, and review required documentation according to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines to facilitate closing and sale ability of the loan. Update files 45–60 days prior to closing. Prepare the file for final underwriting, pre‑closing, and evaluate all conditions of approval from the underwriting department. Maintain communication with borrower, builder, and the assigned team to facilitate high levels of customer service. Qualifications At least 2 years of mortgage experience. Knowledge and familiarity with real‑estate and mortgage terminology. Experience with government loans (FHA, VA) is an advantage. Strong communication, analytical, and math skills. Benefits K.
