Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
