IT Services- Red Team Senior Associate

Job Description & Summary At PwC, our Offensive Security team focuses on improving the organization’s resilience against dedicated adversaries by testing the technology, people, and processes that make up the security program. Red Team members simulate realistic adversarial activity, collaborate with Blue Teams, and support ongoing security hygiene to identify and remediate issues across PwC environments. Responsibilities Assist management in scoping, planning, and executing security assessments. Perform Red Team and penetration testing engagements. Execute Red Team tasks with autonomy. Present technical findings with a focus on business impact. Develop team technical acumen and establish thought leadership. Demonstrate cultural dexterity and modify behavior to fit the environment. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets. Align information security policies, standards, and technological tools with IT and NIS. Exercise appropriate judgment before escalating issues to management. Foster healthy work relationships and resolve conflicts. Leverage automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) to deploy applications and infrastructure. Use common pentesting and Red Team tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mimikatz, Impacket, ADOKit, ROAD Tools, Certify, Rubeus, and Burp Pro. Apply programming or scripting languages (C/C++, C#, Python, Go, PowerShell). Apply knowledge of Active Directory concepts, Windows architecture, and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures. Understand information security engineering, architecture, and application security principles. Prefer prior experience in system administration, incident response, Security Operations Center (SOC), or network engineering. Qualifications High School Diploma (minimum) with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional certifications such as OSCP or CRTP preferred. Demonstrated experience in Red Team and penetration testing assessments. Proficient with common pentesting tools and scripting languages. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Windows internals, and threat actor methodologies. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $86,500–$166,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
