Facilities CoordinatorThis position reviews maintenance tickets, acts on these requests, and closes work orders under general supervision. Follow-up with customers on assigned work orders.Responsibilities:Dissect and Complete Service Desk TicketsDiagnose HVAC IssuesErgonomic and Install DeploymentPerform Mid-Level Building MaintenancePerform New Hire and Internal Transfer Set-UpAssist with Company MovesSupport Shipping and ReceivingFulfill General Building and Office Maintenance Request from the Internal Help Desk System (ordering and delivering furniture, assist with desk moves and rotations, installation of service award swords/shields, painting, AC adjustments, etc.)Maintain the Overall Look and Condition of the PremiseRequirements and Knowledge:Executes basic break/fix tickets and supports/contact vendor on case by case basis. Able to take very detailed direction at all phases of assignments.Makes decisions without consulting manager regarding minor decisions in performance of daily facility and maintenance tasks.Ability to interact with contractors and vendors.Must be able to effectively coordinate with departments and vendors for on-site events.Proficient with Microsoft Word.Able and willing to work overtime as needed including weekends.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to lift 60 pounds unassisted.POC for after-hours emergenciesAbility to use complex hand-held tools.Must be able to take direction well.Must be able to work independently.Must have a valid driver's license.Other duties as assigned.Culture:Our client is one of the biggest online game producers in existence.
