All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. Job Overview HII Mission Technologies is seeking experienced Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to support the sustainment, integration, and enhancement of the USSOCOM Satellite Deployable Node (SDN) Family of Systems (FoS). These roles provide hands‑on support to tactical communications systems across CONUS, with limited possible OCONUS travel, delivering life‑cycle sustainment, training, systems integration, and on‑site technical support that enables mission‑critical C4ISR capabilities for Special Operations Forces. We are hiring across multiple levels (III, IV, V) based on contract requirements and candidate experience. Responsibilities Provide 24/7/365 Tier III technical support to units operating SDN equipment via phone, email, or on‑site response Conduct full operational system checks, validate USSOCOM/SIE connectivity, and pull network services Inventory, track, and maintain program equipment using COLTS, DPAS, and DA Form 2062 Deliver sustainment and OJT training; manage related documentation, reports, and training materials Coordinate equipment shipments, RMA actions, and logistics support for maintenance events Ensure all maintenance activities, inventories, and field events are accurately logged and reported Integrate new hardware/software into tactical network architectures; support RDT&E, demos, and capability development Configure and support tactical communications equipment including MANET radios (PRC‑148C, PRC‑163C, MPU‑5) Support ATAK/WinTAK/CIVTAK implementation, including TAK Server deployment and training Conduct equipment evaluations, identify capability gaps, and support acquisition/vendor coordination Support integration across commercial and tactical networks, SATCOM, LTE, and router/switch environments May support both SDN and TACLAN systems Qualifications 5+ years of experience in tactical systems support, systems integration, or similar DoD technical roles Strong knowledge of tactical network design, Linux/server administration, and C4ISR systems Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and configure secure communication networks and devices Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience Bonus Points For...
