Required Qualifications7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.Experience managing Enterprise Self-Service platform, Employee Experience (EX) or Digital Workplace integration initiatives.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.Highly versed in Agile Delivery environmentsAbility to build relationships quickly and effectively navigate various personality types and organizational dynamics.Experience facilitating discussions with both technical and business audiences.Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
