Remote call center representative

In this fast paced position you will answer member questions, explain key benefits, and schedule important health appointments right from your home office. Anticipated start date: October 2026

salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Member Outreach & Scheduling: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to engage members, explain program benefits, and coordinate/facilitate appointment scheduling.
• Records Management: Maintain meticulous, clear, and organized call documentation and records in tracking systems.
• Process Execution: Work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment to meet goals, track deadlines, and support team objectives.
• Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking to answer member questions, navigate care options, and resolve issues objectively and rapidly.
