Call Center Representative

Supporting customers in a remote environment, the full-time Call Center Representative will take inbound calls to address unique needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products while navigating multiple computer systems. Key responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls to provide assistance and support for claims and additional products Demonstrate empathy and care for customers recently involved in accidents while setting up claim reports Multitask effectively by navigating through various computer systems during customer interactions Required qualifications A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work High-speed internet connection at the candidate's expense Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
