Operations Lead

We are seeking an Operations Lead to provide crucial project support within the Technology organization. This role is centered on driving operational processes and projects, ensuring timelines are met, and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables. The position involves working with the Business Operations and Enablement team and requires strong partnership and end-to-end project management skills.

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Mon-Thurs and can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive work processes and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Hold project participants accountable to timelines and deliverables.
• Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Manage and implement operational processes and projects.
• Engage with team members across various functions to facilitate project execution.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in project management or a related operations role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Box, and Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global organization, managing operational processes across multiple regions.
• Experience in a technology or software development environment, supporting product development and delivery.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Databricks, and Curser (AI).
