TLC Childcare Director - Green Hill High (Full-time)

Learning Center (TLC) Childcare Program

The Learning Center (TLC) is a childcare program for ages 8 weeks to 5 years for Wilson County Schools' employees. The program follows the Wilson County Schools calendar.

Qualified applicant must have a minimum of a high school or general equivalency diploma (GED). A Tennessee Early Child Training Alliance Certificate (TECTA) and at least four (4) years of experience with children in a group setting are preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

These are full-time, 200-day positions with insurance and retirement benefits. Salary will be determined by qualifications, experience, and placement on the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule, Pay Grade 8. Starting pay will be no less than $18.56 per hour (with no experience).
