Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Dedicated Nurses!

- Shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Provide routine daily nursing care and desired services in accordance with each Elder's assessment, choices, and care plan.
- Collaborate closely with the RN Manager to manage day-to-day functions in a vibrant nursing environment.
- Join a facility with 160 beds and engage in a supportive team atmosphere.
- Discuss resident-to-nurse ratios during your interview for transparency and understanding.
- Must possess BLS/ACLS certification.
- Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is required.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (22:45 - 06:45) when needed.
- Commit to 40 hours per week with a rotation that includes every other weekend.
