– Draw quality blood samples from patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric populations – Prepare specimens for lab testing according to established protocols and procedures – Create a welcoming and trustworthy environment for patients, explaining procedures clearly and confidently – Maintain accurate records and documentation related to specimen collection and processing – Follow safety and confidentiality standards to ensure a professional and secure environment – Demonstrate organizational skills and process excellence in daily activities, adhering to schedules and protocols – Support laboratory and clinical staff as needed to ensure efficient patient flow and specimen handling

– Strong proficiency in phlebotomy, capable of drawing blood accurately from diverse patient populations – Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a retail or service environment preferred – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Effective data entry skills and keyboarding experience – Confidence in both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing – Error-free work ethic in fast-paced settings

– High school diploma or equivalent required – Phlebotomy certification preferred; certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington – Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred – Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus – Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime – Strong organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence – Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
