Warehouse Manager Location: Hebron, KY Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 per year based on experience Retention Incentive Bonus: Up to $1,000 per quarter Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with flexibility to work additional hours depending in the business needs. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
