IP Litigation Associate — Tech & AI, Hybrid Work
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP
Overview The role requires strong patent and/or general IP litigation experience, coupled with a technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Candidates should be well-versed in complex technology disputes, particularly those in emerging areas at the intersection of IP and artificial intelligence, and comfortable addressing novel legal questions. The position involves direct engagement with sophisticated technology clients on high-stakes matters. Experience from a peer firm and a high level of academic achievement are preferred qualifications; U.S. P.T.O. registration is a plus. Laterally joining associates participate in an enhanced mentor program tailored for professional transitions. The firm operates under a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for remote work during specified periods.
