Construction Project Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager for our client, a growing construction company with an office in Owings Mills, Maryland. This is an on-site position in Owings Mills, MD. Construction Project Manager Overview The Construction Project Manager will lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities :Perform detailed project takeoffs and estimates independentl yManage the full project bidding proces sReview drawings, specifications, and addenda to develop accurate scopes and budget sDevelop, manage, and maintain project budgets and cost control sProcess and track change events and change order sReview and process vendor and subcontractor invoice sAssist with the preparation and administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase order sReview contract documents and identify potential risks or red flag sMaintain project schedules and monitor progres sSchedule, lead, and attend project meetings with owners, general contractors, and internal team sManage RFI and submittal processes, including maintaining accurate log sMaintain strong communication with field personnel and stakeholder sManage punch list activities and closeout documentation, including as-built sBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partner Construction Project Manager Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the construction indust ryStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documen tsWorking knowledge of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, budgeting, and cost contro lsStrong problem-solving, attention to detail and decision-making skil lsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneous lyExcellent written and verbal communication skil lsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environme ntSelf-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibiliti Base salary $100,000 - $110.000 commensurate with experience.
