Our mission is to bring clarity and transformation to safety, security, and communication through integral technology and radical service.With a commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence, Pavion ensures scalable, future-ready solutions tailored to meet and exceed our clients' needs.Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our integration business unit.Develop and communicate scope of work, project timeline, system design, and budget for projects to operations team, management, and clientAccountable for the successful completion of project to include proper administration of construction contracts, obtaining necessary permits, licensesResponsible for administrative reporting to include Schedule of Values, Time Management/Tracking review, Equipment Ordering/Staging and Job CostingOversee work of technicians and staff on various phases of the project. Coordinate with various company department, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflowTrack and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocatedEnsure clear customer communication regarding progress, necessary modifications of plans, change orders, final project closeout, etc.Manage staff performance, training, timesheets, etc.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, management, and peers. Ability to make presentations to management, clients, others as directedAdvanced computer skills and software knowledge to include MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), company software and job required software/programsDevelop goals, prioritize, and organize tasks to accomplish the projectAnticipate and resolve problem/changes, provide guidance to field team to ensure project completionAbility to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective mannerMaintain professionalism in high stress situationsBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED6 + years experience in a similar positionValid driver license and acceptable driving recordCOVID VaccinationPreferred Qualifications:Associates or bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction ManagementAdvance knowledge of hand tools, test/set up equipment and company machinery. Demonstrated ability to train others in useAdvanced knowledge of electrical circuitry, network principles, NEC and fire codesRead/understand technical drawings, programming, and installation guidesAdvanced knowledge of various low voltage systemsMust be able to work in the elements, as necessarySalary Range- The salary range for this position is $90,000-130,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
