Scheduling/Invoicing Coordinator

$16 per hour

Job Description

40 hour a week minimum, Mon-Fri and start time is at 8 am. you would be scheduling for our current builders and helping with invoices and sending out keys as needed , using jobber system and QuickBooks. you will be trained in all areas. answering phones, texts, builder websites, and emails. we offer health insurance, vision, and dental.

4-week training class ($16 per hour while in training- $17 after training)

We need someone who is a fast thinking, multi-tasker, works well under pressure, good phone and email etiquette, self-innovator, self-motivated, positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, organized, fluent in windows.
