Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to help grow our local presence through grassroots marketing, community outreach, events, and relationship-building.

This is an entry-level, part-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week . We are also open to college students and interns looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, wellness, events, sales, and community engagement.

This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, starting conversations, and representing the Perspire brand with confidence and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Perspire Sauna Studio throughout the local community in a professional, energetic, and engaging way. 
• Conduct grassroots marketing by visiting local businesses, gyms, apartment communities, wellness providers, salons, retail locations, corporate offices, and other community organizations. 
• Introduce Perspire to local businesses and identify opportunities for referrals, cross-promotion, and community partnerships. 
• Set up and work promotional tables at businesses, fitness facilities, community events, health fairs, apartment communities, and other local activations. 
• Research local events and outreach opportunities where Perspire can increase brand awareness and connect with potential guests. 
• Approach and engage people confidently, explain the Perspire experience, and create excitement around infrared sauna, red light therapy, and wellness. 
• Collect leads and encourage prospective guests to book their first visit. 
• Follow up with leads generated through community outreach and events. 
• Maintain relationships with businesses and community partners. 
• Track outreach activity, businesses visited, events attended, leads generated, and appointments booked. 
• Collaborate with studio leadership on promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives. 
• Take ownership of your outreach schedule and consistently identify new opportunities to get Perspire in front of the community. 

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need years of marketing experience to be successful in this role. We care more about personality, initiative, reliability, and your willingness to put yourself out there.

The ideal Brand Ambassador is outgoing and comfortable approaching people they do not know, confident walking into businesses and introducing themselves, a strong communicator and natural relationship-builder, energetic and enthusiastic about health and wellness, self-motivated and able to work independently, organized and dependable, creative and proactive, comfortable working toward measurable lead and booking goals, willing to take initiative instead of waiting to be told where to go next, and available for occasional evening and weekend events.

Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week .

Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, fitness, wellness, events, retail, social media, or marketing is a plus, but not required.

College students and interns are encouraged to apply.
