Implementation Specialist

Overview I’m working with a high growth company in the AI / CRE space. They have just had a series B investment following 9x growth in their last year. The role is for an Implementation Specialist. Responsibilities Taking ownership of the initial stages of the post-sale cycle, working with clients to help implement complex products in a timely manner. Delivering remote and onsite training to encapsulate the key features of the product to increase client satisfaction. Working cross functionally with Customer success, product and sales teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment on customer objectives. Requirements Previous experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role within a technology environment. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience delivering customer training and supporting implementation activities. Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience within SaaS, technology, property, real estate, facilities management, or related industries would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
