Production Foreman

TSC is seeking a Production Foreman to support one of our Huntsville, AL locations. Responsibilities Oversee complex electromechanical assembly production line, ensuring goals are met. Report to Production Manager and collaborate with the Engineering transition team. Work closely with management and cross‑functional teams (engineering quality, finance, security and planning). Lead problem‑solving, root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and procedural standards. Support process improvements, production scheduling, sequencing and innovation efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or Associate’s degree with 2 years equivalent experience or 6‑8 years of experience in lieu of a degree. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Quality management systems experience (AS9100 preferred). IPC 610/J-STD certified. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility, including direct management of people. Electronic Experience, specifically in RF Applications. Experience with ERP systems. Experience with establishing scope of work and writing technical and non‑technical programmatic documentation, including assembly procedures, drawing trees and Bills of Materials. A good balance between a resourceful team‑player and the ability to be extremely effective independently. Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions that result in early delivery and lower costs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capability. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
