Billing Specialist

LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a Billing Specialist. This is a temporary position where you will be helping with invoicing, contract review, and project billing. For anyone looking to get construction industry experience on your resume, this could be a good fit. There will be training and you will work with a supportive team, but you need to be able to multi-task and be able to meet deadlines since you will be managing work for various projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role is fully onsite during training but offers a hybrid schedule after that.
Responsibilities:

• Setting up new client accounts and maintaining contracts
• Processing payments and applying to the correct accounts
• Processing invoices and following up on payment inquiries
• Tracking projects and ensuring correct documentation
• Assisting clients when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• At least a year of previous work experience in an office setting
• Some knowledge of billing or accounting would be helpful
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and track multiple tasks at once

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
