**Caregiver** **Job Summary:** At Right at Home Cleveland West, we are seeking a passionate and compassionate Caregiver to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting. We are proud to provide in-home care and assistance, focusing on companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing. **Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services * Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming * Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or needs to the care team * Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being * Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues * Document client care and services provided in accordance with agency standards **Requirements:** * **Must have a positive attitude and a passion for providing care and assistance to others** * **High school diploma or equivalent required** * **Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)** * **Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility issues** * **Effective communication and interpersonal skills** * **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations** **About Right at Home Cleveland West:** At Right at Home Cleveland West, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults.
