Job Title: Junior Marketing & Events Specialist Location: Central New Jersey (Howell Area) Pay Rate: $18.00/hour About Our Client We are representing a premier regional entertainment destination and theme park known for delivering world‑class thrills and family memories. They are looking for an energetic, creative professional to join their marketing team and help bring the park’s story to life through digital content and live activations. The Role As a Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you will be on the front lines of the park’s public image. This isn’t a typical "desk job"—you will be active in the park, capturing content, coordinating high‑energy events, and engaging with guests and influencers. You will support the department in executing seasonal campaigns and ensuring that every guest interaction feels like part of the brand experience. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and short‑form videos for social media channels and promotional materials. Media & Influencer Relations: Act as an on-site liaison for media visits, influencers, and community partners during special events. Event Logistics: Provide hands‑on support for seasonal festivals, park activations, and promotional stunts. Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling posts, monitoring community engagement, and identifying viral trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, F&B, and Entertainment teams to ensure marketing materials and signage are accurate and impactful. Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, organize digital assets, and assist with general departmental reporting. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Digital Media is preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, social media management, or event production. Technical Skills: Proficiency with social platforms and Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software is a major advantage. Communication: Excellent writing skills with a "brand-first" mindset. Flexibility: This is an entertainment environment; the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons, is essential. Physicality: You must be comfortable walking/standing in a park environment and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
