Our dedication to candidates involves managing expectations with precision through business intelligence, thorough interview preparation, transparent communication, and exceptional feedback throughout the process./ppWe are committed to advancing your career and look forward to supporting your professional growth./ppLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid) 2/3 days in the office per week/ppSalary: $95,000 $105,000/ppMust Have the Following: Client Accounting, Billing Collections, Inventory Control Reporting, Forecasting, Excel, Aderant, Analytical Skills, Outstanding Balance Management, Law Firm Experience Preferred, Communication Skills/ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport the Client Accounting team by monitoring billing inventory and outstanding balances/liliReview balance reports to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance/liliConduct monthly review meetings with Billing Managers and Supervisors/liliTrack follow-up actions, escalations, and status updates for outstanding client matters/liliAssist with monthly forecasting and billing/collections escalation processes/liliProvide daily reporting updates related to monthly goals and current inventory status/liliHandle multiple analytical and reporting projects simultaneously/liliRespond to inquiries from department leadership and provide operational support/liliIdentify process improvement opportunities and training needs within the department/liliMaintain strong communication across accounting and billing teams/liliEnsure confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information/liliSupport ongoing adherence to operational policies and procedures/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBachelors degree required/lili45+ years of related accounting, billing, or inventory control experience/liliStrong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and accounting software such as Aderant or StarCollect/liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting/liliHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality/liliExperience within a professional services or law firm environment preferred/li/ul/div
