Registered Nurse Emergency Department (ED) / Medical-Surgical (MedSurg)

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse Emergency Department (ED) / Medical-Surgical (MedSurg). This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Haxtun, CO (Onsite).

Pay Range: Weekly Gross Pay: $2,700.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours) Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights 12-hour shifts Expected Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• MedSurg (inpatient, obs, swingbed) + ER + Outpatient Infusion
• 6 medsurg beds, 3 ER beds
• Common diagnoses: CHF, COPD, Post-op (ortho), Pneumonia, UTI/AMS, Failure to Thrive
• EMR: Athena
• Floating required

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in MedSurg and/or ED
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• TNCC (AHA)
• AHA Procedural Sedation Module
• Current Colorado RN license required (must be currently active)
• Athena EMR experience preferred
• Prior travel experience required
• Floating required
• Locals are accepted 1-mile radius rule applies
• Compliance due by Wednesday prior to Monday start
• Badge-appropriate photo required
