Speech Therapist (SLP) Early Intervention Company: Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices Location: Queens, NY Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention team at Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV). As a Speech Therapist, you will work with our team to provide individualized speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities New York State License and Certification as an SLP (CCC-SLP) PER-DIEM schedule, with flexibility to accommodate varied client needs Ability to travel to client homes in Queens, NY Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in ASHA guidelines and evidence-based practices What We Offer: Competitive salary $60-$70 a Session (typically 30 minutes) Comprehensive benefits package (to be discussed during the hiring process) Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices
