You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. Responsibilities Leading the design and development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in software engineering projects Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to improve software solutions Utilizing programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Kotlin to develop and test cutting-edge applications Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes Overseeing the deployment of enterprise application architecture and integration solutions Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality software products Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and other methodologies to validate software quality Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address software development challenges What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart Leveraging influence in strategic advising and problem-solving Innovating processes for operational excellence Leading large projects with a focus on results Developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations Crafting clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
