Position Overview N H D M is seeking a highly organized and proactive studio manager to join the dynamic, award-winning practice at the intersection of architecture, urbanism, and research. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys supporting and engaging diverse aspects of cultural/spatial practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, collaborative team, supporting the studio's ongoing work while shaping and broadening the practice's reach. Responsibilities The Studio Manager/Development Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, providing essential administrative and operational support to the partners and design team. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and communications Providing administrative support to partners and design staff Overseeing office space and supplies Handling basic bookkeeping tasks Development activities, including researching and identifying aligned opportunities and crafting proposals Managing the studio's internal and public communications Qualifications Familiarity or interest in architecture, design research, art, curatorial, and other cultural practices Enthusiastic about contributing to the studio Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent research, organizational, and communication skills Responsible, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud Compensation will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated skill level.
