What you'll do: Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI). Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain detailed customer records and service reports. Key to success: Experience: 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry. Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with Kiavehicles and service processes is a strong advantage.
