What You’ll Do as a BrightStar OT:

• Partner with physicians to design personalized care plans
• Assess homes for safety and fall risk
• Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment
• Provide hands-on interventions to boost independence
• Educate families and caregivers for lasting impact
• Keep accurate evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports
• Communicate condition updates with DON and physicians

✅ What You Bring:

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Completed required fieldwork
• Licensed OT in Texas
• 2+ years of OT experience preferred
• Strong documentation & communication skills
• Dedication to confidentiality, ethics, and exceptional care
