Health Information Coordinator

Center for Elders Independence

Center for Elders’ Independence in Oakland, CA is seeking a Health Information Coordinator to manage health information records, ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA/compliance with CEI policies. You will work with the care team to maintain data integrity. Responsibilities include updating the EHR, handling external records, and supporting audits while protecting patient privacy. A minimum of 2 years in medical records and RHIT/RHIA or HIM degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
