Position Overview ShipperHQ is looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, team, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in creating an exceptional employee experience. Success in this role comes from being adaptable, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. No task is too big or too small. You take initiative, solve problems, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Whether you're planning an event, processing invoices, stocking the kitchen, or helping with a last‑minute project, you're someone the team can count on. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Keep our office clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming Help set up lunches, celebrations, and team events Coordinate company meetings and office activities Book flights, hotels, and travel for team members Process invoices, expenses, and other administrative tasks Work with vendors and building management Support marketing and leadership with projects big and small Help with company events Pitch in wherever help is needed Qualifications Who you are: Naturally organized Reliable and follows through on commitments Friendly and enjoys helping people Comfortable juggling lots of different tasks Curious and eager to learn Tech‑savvy and quick to pick up new software Comfortable working independently without constant direction Someone who notices problems and solves them Positive, adaptable, and enjoys being part of a team What Success Looks Like: The office runs smoothly and efficiently Employees feel supported, engaged, and connected Company events are well‑organized and memorable Leadership can rely on you to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively You become a trusted resource across the organization by building strong relationships and consistently delivering results Why ShipperHQ?
