Senior Credit Officer - Equipment Finance

Managing credit risk assessment for the Equipment Finance business line, the full-time Senior Credit Officer - Equipment Finance will lead the credit approval process, evaluate credit risk for customers, and develop credit policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the credit approval process for equipment finance transactions, including financial analysis and collateral evaluation Assess and evaluate credit risk for new and existing customers to make informed credit decisions Monitor portfolio performance and implement remedial action plans for problem credits Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit/lending Advanced ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness Deep knowledge of equipment finance products and credit considerations Strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards
