Senior Perm 360 Life Sciences Recruiter – New York (4 days in-office)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing recruitment firm that is expanding its Life Sciences practice. They are looking for a proven 360 recruiter who loves both winning new business and delivering on it.

You’ll join a team that is busy, ambitious, and hands‑on. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a high‑activity, in‑office environment and wants to scale a desk, not just maintain one.

What You’ll Do

Develop new business :

• Own client relationships end‑to‑end (from first meeting to repeat business)
• Manage roles from briefing through offer and acceptance
• Prospect and win mandates with life sciences clients
• Negotiate fees and terms, and lead client meetings

Source and manage candidates :

• Map key life sciences/healthcare talent pools in New York and beyond
• Qualify, prepare, and guide candidates through the interview stages

What They’re Looking For

Background:

• Solid experience as a 360 (full‑desk) agency recruiter
• Experience in Life Sciences recruitment (clinical or commercial) is strongly preferred
• Evidence of consistent billing and proactive business development
• Comfortable running client meetings, pitching, and closing

Work Style:

• Based in New York City
• Happy to be in the office 4 days per week
• High‑energy, resilient, and genuinely “ready to grind” in a performance culture

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organized and able to juggle multiple roles and processes at once
