Hourly Production
Responsibilities
- Position requires individual to cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a production line setting
- Functional Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in a hot and/or cold assembly line environment
- Ability to work with sharp instruments
- Must maintain good personal hygiene

- Fabrication, Slaughter, Case Ready, Ground Beef, Material Handling, Rendering, and Sanitation
The Cactus operation is a two-shift, beef processing facility and distribution center located in the panhandle of Texas. Employs a total of 3,023 team members.
Cactus is a key beef export plant, exporting approximately 23% of production to different countries including Japan, Mexico and Chile. The facility processes more than one million head of cattle per year.
