Maintenance Specialist

Overview We have an opportunity for someone with a construction background that wants the benefits of full‑time work and benefits. Responsibilities Lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and site inspections for new manufactured homes. Set up and maintenance of manufactured homes and courtesy cosmetic service, e.g. sheetrock repair, painting, doors. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean driving record and background. Work in extreme weather conditions.
