Your responsibilities will include creating a secure environment for guests during loading and unloading, assisting them with any challenges, and supporting essential opening and closing procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with answering questions about trails, weather conditions, and resort services, all while maintaining accurate operational records and swiftly responding to emergencies.
