Bilingual Housing-First Case Manager

Shelter House, Inc.

Shelter House, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to work with 10–20 families across Shelter, Prevention, and Rapid Rehousing programs. This role blends community-based work with shelter-based support to help families obtain and maintain housing, using a housing-first model and trauma-informed approach. You will conduct needs assessments, plan services, link families to resources, and guide them toward self-sufficiency.
