To support a growing program management team, the full-time Illinois Licensed Program Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Account Executives and clients, managing program requirements, profitability goals, and internal communications remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients and internal departments to manage the lifecycle of e-commerce programs, ensuring adherence to business requirements and contract specifications Analyze sales, inventory, and usage reports to optimize program performance and profitability while managing client expectations and timelines Execute long-range sales and marketing plans to identify new opportunities and ensure programs meet or exceed profitability goals Required qualifications Associate's degree required Minimum of 3+ years of account or program management experience required Previous experience in the promotional products industry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
