Manager Technical Platform Management

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager Technical Platform Management to lead R&D Advanced Computing initiatives focused on digital imaging technologies. The role combines technology strategy, platform deployment, and team leadership across multiple global locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps for digital imaging platforms across pharmaceutical R&D
- Build and maintain partnerships with business stakeholders across multiple scientific and data disciplines
- Assess opportunities for digital imaging technology impact and drive implementation of platform capabilities
- Lead the team's technology stack development including infrastructure, monitoring, and deployment orchestration
- Provide organizational leadership, mentoring, and support to direct reports and broader teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience in technology or platform management
- Experience with cloud computing and modern technology stacks
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team development skills
- Knowledge of digital imaging, pathology, radiology, or clinical imaging domains
- Understanding of containerization, serverless, and AI/machine learning technologies
