Sr. Manager, Technical Product Owner, Knowledge and Content GCA

Senior Manager and Technical Product Owner for Johnson & Johnson's Global Corporate Affairs, responsible for defining and delivering knowledge management and content technology capabilities. This 18-month duration role leads product strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise content platforms and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for GCA knowledge and content capabilities aligned to enterprise standards
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics
• Partner with GCA stakeholders across communications, public affairs, brand, and government affairs to improve content management
• Lead delivery of knowledge management and enterprise content management capabilities including taxonomy, metadata, search, and governance
• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and automation to improve productivity and knowledge reuse across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years in product ownership, product management, or knowledge management disciplines
• Demonstrated experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in agile operating models
• Experience delivering enterprise knowledge management, content management, or collaboration solutions
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle, information architecture, governance, and user adoption
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise search preferred
• Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance in regulated environments
