Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions. Responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, implements and supports MSF policies and procedures. Works effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies. Provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Daily operational management including human resource responsibilities
• Managing staff payroll and individual staff HR records
• Managing monthly financials including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Managing inventory and purchasing in accordance to budget
• Preparing preliminary capital and human resources budgets for review and approval
• Assurance of timely capture and input of all billing information
• Overseeing practice equipment maintenance needs
• Coordinating safety, security, customer service, HIPAA, risk management, compliance and code training
• Overseeing building repairs and practice construction projects
• In coordination with the practice providers, assessing the need for physician services at practice locations
• Monitoring patient satisfaction data and making appropriate improvements
• Assisting Director with practice specific long range financial and business planning
• Translating and educating staff on organizational strategy and vision
• Communicating and executing organizational change initiatives within the practice

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Additional job description includes healthcare or business administration or related field required; master's degree strongly preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of related health care experience preferably in an ambulatory care setting including 5 years of supervision or management experience
• A minimum of 10 years of health care management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting, may be substituted in lieu of requirements in certain circumstances

Work shift is day and scheduled weekly hours are 40. Department is Urology Pickerington.
