The Chief Human Resources & Administrative Officer (CHRAO) will lead the YMCA MEWSA’s people, culture, governance, risk and administrative strategy in alignment with its mission. This executive oversees HR, compensation, benefits, leadership development, employee relations, and shared services across multiple associations.
Reporting to the CEO and working with the Board, the CHRAO will shape organizational capacity, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive workforce initiatives for long-term
