Chief Observability Architect & Strategy Lead (Rahway)

EyeBio seeks a Principal Engineer for Observability to define and drive a unified, full‑stack observability strategy across the company. You will champion a self‑service platform, reduce tooling redundancy, and collaborate with the SRE team to set SLOs and budgets.
You will evangelize complex topics to senior leadership, mentor engineers, and stay at the cutting edge with OpenTelemetry and eBPF. This is a high-impact, strategic technical leadership role.
