Merck is seeking a visionary Principal Engineer for Observability to define and evangelize a company-wide observability strategy. You will architect a unified, full-stack observability platform empowering product teams to build reliable, performant services.
This role partners with SRE and product leaders to standardize tooling, promote self-service, and drive adoption of OpenTelemetry across multi-cloud environments. You will mentor engineers and translate technical concepts into business value.
