This role involves managing activities related to client Wealth plans. They ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, developing a strong understanding of plan provisions, identifying opportunities for knowledge improvement, and delivering high-quality, timely results.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
• Demonstrating sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion
• Ensuring knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated
• Following all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are meet and/ or exceeding targets.
• Ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements
• Delivering on new/adhoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly
• Coaching & training new colleagues on client requirements when appropriate
• Creating/ updating Standard Operating Procedures where and when required
• Reviewing all incoming and outgoing data to ensure quality output

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Able to research and analyze complex data/ plan provisions to resolve participant related issues
• Have client-facing experience
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders

Salary Pay Range: Minimum: 45,000.00 USD Maximum: 55,000.00 USD
