HR Generalist

- Hybrid Schedule 3 Days in Office
- Industry leading financial services firm
- Coordinate and schdeule high-volume onsite and virtual interviews for 100+ candidates a week across multiple teams
- Partner daily with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and candidates to align schedules and keep hiring moving
- Manage interview logistics including travel, conference rooms, and virtual meeting coordination
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and flawless execution
The Successful Applicant
- 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or high-volume interview scheduling experience
- Experience managing complex calendars with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being the operational backbone of a busy recruiting team
