Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Wed 12:00 PM - 05:00 PM Thur 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and/or store personnel by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related protocols. Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts for follow-up. Assist with access control, opening and closing activities, and customer assistance at the location while maintaining a professional presence and supporting security-related operations. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
