Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support badge control, package handling, and/or lobby procedures in accordance with location guidelines. Communicate with site contacts, staff, and/or first responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may affect daily operations. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
