Inpatient Nursing Educator

Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to lead clinical education for our inpatient units. This RN role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based orientation, competency, and ongoing education that supports safe, high-quality patient care. The educator partners with nursing leadership to assess learning needs, develop curricula, and provide bedside coaching, simulation, and skills labs. Serving as a clinical resource and mentor, this position promotes best practices, regulatory readiness, and a culture of continuous learning aligned with our collaborative, community-focused values.
